I am so excited to share with everyone all that I learned at the show! It was buy far the best educational trade show I have ever been to! I got to meet James Vincent, Eve Pearl and Victoria Styles! The classes were so informtional.
James Vincent to a 45 minute blurb on lips, lashes and brows. I have been implementing one of his tips for brows; use a taupe pencil first…..Okay, I hated pencils until Vincent! I though it made the brows look drawn on and waxy! However, I now use it in combination with powder. Gives it a little dimension….WAY BETTER!
Eve Pearl was sponsored by Crown Brushes….basically she made me realize I don’t need tons of STUFF! Once upon a time…makeup artists with lots of makeup cases made me feel inferior….now I just feel smarter! Bought an awesome compact brow razor from Eve Pearl and compact with every brow color I would ever need! Thanks Eve!
Victoria Styles talked about social media and about the importance of your presence online…well luck for me I have this great friend Fran who owns http://www.FranV.snappages.com so I was already aware the impact social media has on my business.
